Caterer Program

 

A-1 Tent & Party Rentals would like to extend a 5% discount to all caterers starting with their second order.  We would like to do business with event professionals like yourselves. 

 

Advantages of A-1 Rentals

    You are assigned an event professional to handle your account.  Our specialist will know you and your business.  All of our sales staff will be able to help you also. 

    If you prefer, we can also assign a delivery foreman to your account.  This system will aid in setup and takedown procedures particular to you.  It can eliminate the need to describe installation specifics with new crews.

    We will give you after hour phone numbers to assist you in case of problems. 

    Do you need something that we do not stock?  We'll try to get it for you with advance notice.
