Each 7.5' black stanchion has a built in retractable strap.  You only need to order one stanchion per 7.5' section.  No need to order ropes.

Black stanchion.   Order 1 red rope with your first 2 stanchions.  If you are placing multiple stanchions/ropes in a line you only need 1 more rope and stanchion per 5' section.

5' red rope.  Order with 2 chrome stanchions.  If you are placing multiple stanchions/ropes in a line you only need 1 more additional stanchion and one more 5' rope per section.
