Important Venue Delivery & Towing Requirements

Because this unit is a massive, commercial-grade entertainment system, please review our logistics guidelines before booking:

• Towable Truck Delivery: This extra-large 500-gallon unit is permanently built onto a trailer chassis and requires us to tow it directly into position using a truck .  
• Clear Access Needed: Your venue must provide wide, clear, and direct vehicle drive-in access to the exact final setup spot. It cannot be hand-carried over fences or through tight backyard gates.  
• Flat Setup Surface: The unit must be placed on a completely flat, firm, and level surface (such as concrete, asphalt, or sturdy level grass) to support the immense weight of the water safely.

On-Site Water Supply & Fill Requirements

• Water Source Policy: We do not supply the water. The customer is fully responsible for providing a reliable water source, such as a standard garden hose connection, at the setup location.  
• Plan for Fill Time: Because of its massive 500-gallon capacity, a standard household garden hose typically takes over an hour to fill the tank completely . Please schedule your delivery and timeline accordingly so the tank is ready before your guests arrive.
